Damaged Product

In the event of a damaged product, Fanatic Store will send a replacement item to the customer.

How do exchanges and returns work?

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns for personalized items or gifts.
  • It is not possible to exchange or cancel personalized products due to their custom nature. If your personalized item has a defect in the product or customization, please contact our support team.
  • Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed. You must wait until the item is delivered to request a cancellation.
  • Exchanges or returns must be requested within 7 days after the delivery date (as confirmed by the postal service).
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will either send a replacement item or issue a refund once the product is returned.
  • In cases of exchange or return, shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, with all seals intact (if any), and accompanied by all accessories.
  • Fanatic Store is not responsible for exchanging any product that shows signs of misuse or if the request is made outside the return period.

When will I receive my refund?

Our financial department has up to 7 business days to approve the refund request, in accordance with our store policies and the reason for the return.

Please note that refund processing times depend on the financial institutions, such as Paypal.

  • For credit card payments, the refund will appear as a credit on your statement within 30 days.

Delayed or Missing Refund (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, since there is often a processing period before the refund appears.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

In exchange cases, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If you are returning a product valued at more than 25, consider using a tracked or insured shipping service.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
