Delivery Times

All our products are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. We process and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. The average delivery time is 7–20 business days, with a maximum of 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We guarantee a tracking code so you can follow your order’s delivery progress through the postal service website.

⚠️ Attention: In certain cases, delivery may take a few extra business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, high-demand periods at the postal service, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Tracking Code
The tracking code will be sent to the customer’s email within up to 7 business days. It allows real-time tracking from shipment to delivery.

Please note that tracking information may take 1–5 business days after the code is issued to appear in the system.


Delivery Issues

Didn’t receive all items?
Orders containing more than one product may be shipped in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking code.
So don’t worry—if one package arrives missing some items, the remaining ones will be delivered in a separate shipment that’s already on its way.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your information when filling out your address. If the postal service is unable to deliver (after up to 2 delivery attempts) due to missing or incorrect address details, the package will be returned to our supplier.

A new shipping fee will be charged to resend the product, even for orders with free shipping.
The same applies if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

Also, please ensure your delivery address is correct to guarantee on-time delivery.
Keep in mind that address changes are not allowed after 24 hours of placing your order, as the fulfillment process starts within that period.

Package Awaiting Pickup
If your tracking status shows “Awaiting Pickup”, please pick up your package immediately at the postal office indicated.

Usually, this information appears in the tracking details. If it’s not available, you can contact us via WhatsApp by clicking the button in the lower right corner of your screen.
